Who Are We?
In 2002, Lynda and John van Niekerk launched Home from Home Hospitality Services, based in Cape Town, managing, marketing, and advertising serviced, furnished, holiday, film, and relocation rentals at Marina Residential at the V&A Waterfront. Having successfully built the company to five-star exacting services, it was sold in 2012.
In 2010, the family invested in a standard real estate residential and sales company, licensed to Chestertons International, a UK-based company with sales offices around the world - with a dedicated international sales office in Mayfair, London. After 8 years, and with the exchange rate being poor, it was decided to cancel the license agreement with Chestertons - with whom our team still has a close and good working relationship.
In 2012, Lynda launched the short-term letting of private homes in the bush in Eswatini - www.royaljozini.com which she manages in entirety, doing marketing, advertising, reservations, and rental payment management.
January 2019 saw the launch of our second real estate brand, LIVABILITY. It is the "trading as" brand name for our long-standing company Ringmaster Trade & Invest 34 (Pty) Ltd., which is registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority and has a valid fidelity Fund Certificate.
